Do Not MIss The Chance of Dhyan(Concentration)

Sometimes sit near the sea, near a river and feel the waves, sit near a hilly area or under a shade of tree, some peaceful place. If that is not possible then at night after finishing your routine chores, sit alone in corner of your room, in your prayer room or on your bed and get immersed in dyan. Concentrate on some event or thing which soothes your senses or some scenery. Just brush aside all worldly thoughts that keep you worrying, close doors to all interruptive thoughts and ideas, stop thinking about past and present, just pay attention to the present moment. Get lost in dhyan. Practice this everyday for few minutes atleast. Try this experiment with full faith and belief.

Whenever you get time look at the beautiful stars that twinkle at night, feel the fragrance of blooming flowers, hear and enjoy the chirping of birds, beautiful garden, anything that gives pleasant feeling to your senses. Just pay attention for a little while and thank the Almighty who has made this world so beautiful for us. You will feel rejuvenated and refreshed. Aren't we responsible for destroying this nature's beauty for not paying attention and feeling it. Then we complain that we are tensed.
